Alphabet Key
help?? I have keyboard problem?
everytime i turn on my laptop, i am required to type in my password but for some reason it doesn’t let me type, i would have to hit the buttons pretty hard for it to type and then once i get in and i get on the internet for every letter i press something pops up. like when i hit the F key (favorites or File pops up as if i clicked on it and when i hit the E key the edit options come up.and sometimes when this happens i wont type and i just look and the windows glitches as if i am the one doing it, then we i hit the backspace button it doesnt backspace sometimes i have to fight with my alphabet keys to start working again. can you help me? why is this happening? what caused it? is there anyhing i can do so it can stop so i dont have to spend money taking it to a shop when i can get it done myself-
i have windows vista and windows 6 and this laptop is 2 weeks old
It’s quite possible that you have one of the special keys on your laptop toggled on (such as “fn”), or perhaps your “Alt” key is stuck.
