Can I just buy sim cards from ebay for at&t?
Im getting a samsung impression off ebay with no commitment pricing for $170….aaand, i dont know where to get the sim card. should i get it off ebay?

Can I go to target too and get a gophone and pop the card into my real phone? then i can get rid of the gophone?
The Amazon SIM card would not help you. You need an active line to activate it that way. If you want a no-commitment plan, your only option is a Go Phone from AT&T. The plans are expensive though to be honest. You would need to go to Walmart and buy a Go Phone. The cheapest is about $12, and comes with $10 already in the card. You just need to activate it as the instructions say, and voila you have a number. Just pop that into your Samsung Impression, and it will work. Note that data is $30 per month, unlimited texting $20, and minutes are 25 cents each (unless you select a plan through them).
Edit: You can go to any store you desire. You just need to make sure it is an AT&T Go Phone. Once you have it, you should make an online account at Att.com. This will make it easier to edit your plan for your new phone.
